Wellholt publishes a number only when the inputs are on the page. A metro row needs its own climate zone, degree days, labor factor, electricity rate, housing year, rents, a source note, a review date, and a local constraint that is about that place. Rows that fail the gate stay unpublished.
There are no star ratings, no invented reviewers, and no contractor who can pay to move the typical column. Quote requests are optional, labeled, and stored separately from the range. They do not change a table.
After the review date, the page is meant to leave the sitemap. Treat an expired row as history. Corrections belong on the contact page: a bad factor, a constraint that describes the wrong city, or a date that should have expired.
Journal posts are written as notes. They are not city articles with the name swapped. A new metro is one hub plus a project page for each job, and every project page has to carry that city’s own numbers.
